Commission is paid one-time per new customer you bring in — on their first cleared invoice, not on renewals. The exact rate within your tier's range is set when you join, and tier upgrades happen by invitation when your activity qualifies. The applied rate is shown on every payout in your partner dashboard.

How do I become a partner?
Sign up like any customer — you're a Client-tier partner from the moment your account is created. To upgrade to Pro and earn cash commission, submit your KYC documents and IBAN from your account dashboard. Approval typically takes 1–2 business days.
When am I paid?
Commissions are rolled up at month-end and paid the following month. If you chose IBAN payout, you receive a bank transfer; if you chose wallet, the credit lands in your wallet immediately at publish time and you can spend it at checkout.
Do I keep my commission if my friend cancels?
Commission is paid one-time on the new customer's first cleared invoice — renewals don't generate additional commission. Cancellations and refunds before that first invoice clears don't qualify. If a refund is issued after commission is paid, the amount is reversed on your next monthly statement.
Is there a quota?
There is no minimum to remain in the program. Tier upgrades happen by invitation — when your activity qualifies you for a higher rate within your tier, or for moving to a higher tier, our team reaches out. There's no penalty for staying at your current rate.
