How much will the trial cost me?
Nothing. Seven full days with no credit card. After that the licence starts at 2,400 SAR per branch, paid once, VAT included, with no renewing subscription.
Is Mueen compliant with ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes. It issues integration-phase invoices: a cryptographic stamp, a QR code and submission to ZATCA from the app itself.
Can we move our data from our current system?
Yes. Enter your data yourself, or pick the onboarding package from the optional add-ons: it covers data migration, the chart of accounts and opening balances.
What if I don't like the system?
Try it for seven full days before you pay. After purchase there is no refund, as the refund policy states, and billing errors are handled when reported within seven days.
Do I need technical experience?
No. The interface is in Arabic and English, and training is available in the onboarding package or by the hour from the add-ons.
What if the internet goes down?
Mueen runs on your machine, so sales do not stop when the internet does. Browser access is a cloud add-on bought per branch.
